User Success Representative

As a User Success Representative you will be primarily responsible for converting incoming sales leads through live chat and phone calls. The position is all about selling and aiding people into signing up for an advertising campaign with needls. There is no cold calling here – just warm leads to work from!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Nurture all incoming new business leads through live chat, contact forms, phone calls and emails.
  • Close new business and grow your sales pipeline.
  • Maintain a steady stream of pro-active communication with key clients.
  • Create a personalized approach to getting to know your clients. This may include e-mails and scheduled phone calls.
  • Collect, organize and store pertinent client information into a CRM system (Base CRM).
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) with clients.
  • Perform monthly phone meetings with clients to discuss online marketing campaigns performance.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

  • Educated to college/university degree level or higher.
  • Degree in Marketing or Business Administration is an asset.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year experience managing client accounts for advertising or marketing agency.
  • An understanding of paid digital media including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads

Beneficial Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of using website analytics tools for statistical analysis and reporting.
  • An understanding of the impact of other online marketing activities (ex. Social Media).
  • Online Advertising (PPC/Display etc), Usability (UX, PR).
  • Knowledge of using multiple support systems (ZenDesk, Intercom.io, Base CRM, Zopim Chat).

Required Skills:

  • Excellent business relationship building skills.
  • Skillful in managing multiple projects at one time and hitting deadlines.
  • A high standard of written English.
  • A Sales Rockstar.
  • Can think strategically, able to analyze data and identify & implement recommendations.

Personality:

  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Must be organized and have a strong ability to prioritize.
  • Strong desire for continuous learning and self-development.
  • Ability to be assertive, yet communicate client concerns to team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with talent to create rapport with new and current clients.
  • Ability to clearly present and explain complex subjects to executive audience.
  • Can facilitate positive and productive client meetings via screen sharing or phone calls.
  • Strong desire for continuous learning and self-development.
  • Sense of humour and ability to have FUN!
